Weather: sun/fog

Distance Covered:

went to llandegla for a mornings ride on there black route, bit icy and boggy in places with some diversions as the windy weather recently had brought down a lot of big trees, steady ride round the 13miles in two hours.

went on the new freeride course by the bike centre and there is some four ft drop off's,big big jumps and table tops with rock strewn middle bits to bite you if you get it wrong, didn't bite though as we bottled it and walked through the sections, did the three ft drop but a combination of being knackered and icy conditions we called it a day.

If you've never been to llandegla, get ya bums to this centre, top set up with a nice trail.

legs ache now, just have to rest as iv'e got some snowboarding to do next week!!
